When I placed the order I did so with a note being very transparent about needing the item by the 21st (as it was a gift). I asked to be contacted if that wasn’t possible, & also paid for expedited shipping. No one reached out to warn this could be an issue. I did reach out for an ETA to be sure my note was received and could be accommodated; I was told the item would be sent out on the 18th. The item wasn’t dropped off at UPS until 8pm on the 19th per tracking history, & subsequently wasn’t delivered until end of day on the 22nd. I was transparent about my needs for this order, and the seller did not afford me the same courtesy. I requested a refund for return of the product and was denied it. I explained all of this to the shop to support why a return was warranted & was ignored.
